Welcome to our NEWLY remodeled first floor, large & centrally located PREMIER 1bdr/2 full baths on The Kapalua Bay Golf Course. This two-level VERY LARGE 1bdrm offers great privacy for 4 persons in total (full bedroom/bathroom upstairs w/private balcony, work station & sitting/relaxing area w/QUEEN SS downstairs w/private full bath) while enjoying stellar ocean views on both levels for beautiful sunrises, tranquil days and romantic sunsets in the highly sought after Kapalua Golf Villas.

This unit is our 2nd unit offered for individual occupancy (sleeps up to a total of 4 persons). Looking for a FAMILY VACATION, but want the privacy…we got ya covered. Check out our unit below - Listing #648997 (2bdrm/2bath master suites W/SS, total of 6 persons, walkout to the golf course) both located in the HIGHLY desired building (#17) allowing for a PERFECT large family vacation with that extra privacy from each other. PERFECT FOR LARGE FAMILY VACATIONS OF UP TO 10 PERSONS total.

Kapalua Golf Villas Unit T-7, Bldg#17 is an updated remodeled unit offering a beautiful Chef’s full kitchen, large stainless steel full size appliances, central AC, privacy, stellar views of the ocean & golf course from the living room Lanai. Enjoying all Kapalua, Maui Hawaii has to offer. Like to cook, plenty of extra cooking pots, pans, etc. are offered for every Chef or just a good ole culinary experience.

The unit features ample ceiling fans, as well as Central A/C. Be sure to sit outside on the beautiful lanai & enjoy the ample cooling trade winds coming thru on the way out to the beautiful pacific ocean with ceiling to floor sliders along with working bug screens for use. (PLEASE remember to keep them shut…those critters love to come in and nest when they get the chance!!) Take comfort in knowing the unit is well maintained & sprayed quarterly just to be sure. The AC will automatically shut off and stay off when the glass sliding doors are open, we are okay with not providing AC for the outside! LOL! The beautiful ocean views, golf course views as well as the island views of Molokai'i are quite enjoyable while enjoying a peaceful morning, a sunny lunch, happy hour or a beautiful dinner - all day and every day!

The living room area is quite spacious and this is where the QUEEN sleeper sofa is located. There is a 52”
flat screen TV, surround sound & Blu -Ray DVD/DVR player for further enjoyment, as well as a FIRESTICK to access HULU, NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME/MUSIC, YOU TUBE, PEACOCK, PANDORA, ETC. so relax, watch a show, keep updated on your series or start a new one….Just sign into your personal accounts and your on your way! HS internet and WIFI (unit dedicated) is offered. For guests staying downstairs, enjoy the full “uniquely designed” 2nd bathroom with a small step in tub/shower combo, toilet, sink and some storage space. There is a small cabinet under the stairs that holds sheets/blankets/pillows & you can store your luggage there as well.

Enjoy some of the provided kitchen essentials i.e. Coffee pot & filters, Vitamix Blender, Toaster, Coffee Grinder, Kettle, pots/pans of all shapes/sizes and other items are all available for your daily use making this a home away from home experience. You'll not miss a thing to get you cooking with creations! Spacious granite counter tops and cabinets for storage. There are BBQ's on property for your use - located by any one of the 4 pools. This building has a pool directly across the front door of the building for super easy access, but without all the pool noise. There is seating for 3 persons at the kitchen granite bar counter, as well as 4 persons seated at the table. We do supply some standard items for use, please check AMENITIES section for further information.

NOTE: As the very spacious master bedroom is located upstairs (as in 10-12 stairs) it’s best to put an age limit on children staying in the unit. This unit would be better suited for adult couples, Adults with grown children (5 years & up) or with very littles...as in newborns or under the age of 1 (as these precious ones are not crawling/standing just yet, but navigating those waters!). The upstairs Master Suite has a small & private outside balcony for enjoyment at any time. It does face the parking lot, but the greenery is luscious, full and actually quite quiet. Entry into the master bedroom you will be pleasantly surprised by our exquisitely designed bathroom in granite that has been designed as waves, beautiful cabinetry, access to the W/D behind the cabinets, 2 sinks & lighted mirrors. To the right is a separate granite & tiled shower w/a pony wall and glass divider from the toilet. Plenty of circulation as well as a bathroom window that can be opened if needed. The area is quite spacious. There are plenty of paper products provided for a week's stay including laundry soap. A blow dryer, small starter amenities, Q-tips and make up pad removers are supplied as well..

The very spacious master bedroom has a CAL KING MASTER BED with organic linens provided for what we hope will be a very restful sleep at the end of your amazing days. Enjoy the private sitting area, looking out thru large windows at the Kapalua Bay golf course, pacific ocean and the beautiful island of Molokai'i. If needed, we have a little small workspace for use during your stay affording privacy to get those last minute work deals done. A printer is available as well to hookup to if needed.

Washer and Dryer are upstairs in the bathroom area.

We also provide 4 large beach towels for your use during your stay at our condo, boat trip or beach. Just be sure to bring them back to the unit...MAHALO. There are 2 located in the upstairs bedroom and 2 in the cabinet below the stairs. Outside in the Lanai storage you will find an umbrella, soft 12+ pack beach cooler, and some Tommy Bahama fold out beach chairs. There are some little kids toys for some serious sand castle building too.

The Kapalua Golf Villas property is North of Lahaina (15-20 min) and Whalers Village on famed Ka'anapali Beach (10-15 min.). It is comprised of several separate buildings that contain 4 villas in each building. There are 4 beautiful swimming pools on property and you can enjoy them all. There is also a FREE SHUTTLE that you can call and they can take you to some of the places in Kapalua to the general store, The Ritz Carlton, The Montage, Napili Bay, or dinner at Merriman's, The Sea House, Taverna, the Kapalua Bay Pro shop for golfing or up to the famed SENTRY Plantation Golf Course, home of the PGA event in January every year. Enjoy the beautiful Plantation Restaurant for out of this world crab cakes benedict. The views are 360 degrees of stunning! The Villa property itself sits amidst lush tropical landscaping and surrounded by the Kapalua Bay Golf Couse. There are several beaches close by and some amazing hikes to enjoy if your up for some adventure. There is a lot to explore, great walking & challenging hiking paths, or short cruise down the Main Street to the general store to grab morning coffee or some local breakfast (grinds).
