Summary: This property has a lot of potential. But there are some things that need immediate attention. One bathroom had mold on the shower curtain and bathmat, some outlets seemed to be worn out, the kitchen faucet was very loose and hard to use, the bathroom vent fans were very noisy, and the carpet needed a good cleaning. This is a lovely house and in a great location. It was wonderful to have 3 full baths, the rooms are all a nice size with plenty of room for a family.
