Recently remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath condo conveniently located in Laguna Woods premiere retirement community. Your stay here offers you access to all its amenities: golf , heated pools, clubs, fitness centers equestrian center, tennis, the Library and much more.
The Condo is on the second floor but has ground floor access and a private parking space. The condo's interior is bright and airy with a lot of natural light skylights in both the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, small appliances and cookware. A southern exposure greets you on the patio each morning overlooking beautiful grounds and a Golden Rain tree.
The master bedroom has a comfortable California King bed with pillow top mattress. The guest bedroom has a new day bed and a desk provides a working space. Both bedrooms have a TV mounted on the wall.
The living room has a a 50" TV that provides cable channels, a DVD player and whole house internet. Amazon Prime and Netflix are accessible with your passwords. There is a washer and dryer on property as well as a community washer and dryer in nearby building. The washer is only a $1 per load and the dryer is free.
