Positive: Positives are the location, beautiful view on the lake, and mostly everything you'd need in the kitchen/house in general. The living room was fine, dining room table for 4 was fine, kitchen and bathrooms functioned with no issues. We used the grill on the deck, which worked fine, once we put a propane tank in it (no tank was in it).

Negative: Negatives: no wifi, the kitchen only had one small frying pan and a small, personal coffee maker. So if you're making anything for more than 2 people, not adequate. The old, wooden deck furniture needs to be refinished. It was super uncomfortable and my toddler got a splinter from it. There was also no tank for the grill, so we had to get our own in order to use it. Cleaning could have been done better as it wasn't fully vacuumed. We moved one table in the living room to the side and had to pick up puzzle pieces, dirt, and goldfish. Cobwebs were everywhere that can be easily and quickly cleaned with a broom or duster. We also had no pool key and when we contacted Vacasa about the key, they told us it wasn't part of the accommodations. When we sent pics of the pool in the listing/contract, they said they were "looking into it", and even after we followed up twice, we never received an answer. Very disappointing.
