Summary: The room was excellent the communication with the renter was excellent. We were not happy with the customer service from the guard and the front desk. Very rude and not helpful. Our badges would not scan and not fixed. We asked in person and called them all they told us was if we got locked out at the beach he would send someone to let us in. That gives you no freedom to enjoy coming in the gates when we had plans to enjoy our Saturday. The elevators had two not working.
