When you arrive, park in your own 2-car garage. The garage exits into a private courtyard, which offers a relaxing place to sit and enjoy your coffee or grill your dinner under the water misting system.
As you enter through the courtyard to the front door, the welcoming natural sunlight welcomes you with mountain and golf course views just ahead. The bright and modern kitchen is equipped with all top appliances and amenities. The open floor plan gives you a more intimate feel as you can interact with your guests in any common area.
The condo is approximately 1300 square feet single-floor with two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private bath with skylights and ample storage. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the mattress is rated soft quilted memory foam. This bedroom has a Smart TV. The Mid-Century swivel egg chair allow you to curl up and read a book or just relax and unwind gazing out the sliding doors which leads to the patio. For privacy, the second bedroom is located on the other end of the house that sleeps two in a queen-sized mattress rated firmed. This bedroom also comes with a recliner chair for your reading leisure. This bedroom has a sliding door that leads to the courtyard. Washer/dryer is located near the front entryway.
Expecting more guests? The sofa in the living room has a pull out full-sized bed air-mattress. Extra linens and pillows can be found in the hallway drawers and the air mattress pump can be found in one of the TV console's cabinet.
An addition south-facing patio/backyard area has a nice view of the golf course and mountains with ample seating and a firepit, double chaise and an outdoor dining patio set with umbrellas for soaking in the sun or watch the sunset/sunrise under the water misting system.
A complimentary 4-seater golf cart is provided to guests. In exchange for the privilege to use this golf cart at no charge as a guest at Serendipity Escape, you are accepting responsibility for your own negligence. You must operate this vehicle in a safe manner and adhere to all rules set forth by Monterey Country Club. You are liable for all medical and legal claims that may arise from rental of the golf cart. You voluntarily agree to accept the risks of using a golf cart and on behalf of yourself, your personal representatives and your heirs hereby voluntarily release the aforementioned business, and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, causes of actions, suits, judgments and demands for bodily injury, property damage, loss of life and/or loss of services, in law or equity, that may in any way or manner arise out of use of the golf cart. By renting this property, you have agreed to the golf cart liability.
GOLF CART:
If golf cart is going slower than normal, please use the charger provided and charge for 6 hours. The key is in the golf cart. Please drive carefully and fasten your seatbelts.
MISTING SYSTEM:
Front Patio: To operate the misting, Please turn the knob on the left slowly to adjust mist level.
Back Patio: Please turn the knob on the right slowly to adjust mist level.
SOFA BED:
To use the sofa bed, remove cushions, pull out bed. In the middle top of the air mattress, open the box to remove the plug, plug into the outlet nearby, turn the knob all the way to the right, fill air until desired, unplug, turn knob to left and keep at middle. To deflate, plug in, turn knob all the way to the left, unplug, put in box, put back the sofa bed.
AWNING:
Use the remote located by the living room TV to control the patio awning.
Extra Linens & pillows are located in the cabinets in the hallway.
Garage remote control is located by the entertainment center.
