Travel and Leisure voted it “second best small beer, wine and spirits town in America. This cozy house is in walking distance to local beaches and the heart of town. There many fabulous restaurants and shops. Vineyards and breweries are a short car ride away.
The house has a secluded back yard and patio area with outdoor shower and fire pit that is perfect for star gazing, roasting marshmallows, and enjoying family and friends ! The detached barn has additional dining space and extra refrigerator, as well as storage for bicycles. There are beach chairs, coolers and a BBQ that guests are welcome to.
If you enjoy boating and fishing, there are many charters and transient marinas, several are in walking distance. The LIRR station is a short walk away, and you don’t need a car to enjoy all Greenport as to offer.
