Coming to our ranch is like taking a step back in time. Happy Canyon is 12 miles to the north of the Pacific Ocean and nestled in a peaceful corner of Santa Barbara County. As you drive to our property you will pass hillsides that are full of vineyards, near beautiful ranch estates. Our cottage is surrounded by an abundance of sunshine in an oak-studded landscape with beautiful grasslands. If you’re looking for space and peace we’ve got you covered. As you pull into the gate you will be mesmerized by the tranquility. Our farmhouse is private and has lots of outdoor areas to relax, whether you want to sip wine on the porch or read in a hammock or nestle up by the fireplace. Our nomadic cottage takes old farm charm and blends it perfectly with a modern edge. As you step into the cottage you will feel amazed by the simplicity of the sunshine beaming through the windows. Every detail of the furnishings and layout have been perfected to welcome you. Our area is home to six major vineyards and one active winery. We are in an agricultural area near working farms. The name Happy Canyon captures the way you feel here. We have the latest Wi-Fi available, along with a mesh router system, it’s the best we can get but sometimes it can be spotty. The internet service is Starlink. TV is a smart TV, just bring your own passwords. This is a non smoking property and we like to keep our neighbors happy with quiet time from 9pm to 9am.
