Summary: Pros: Staff are super friendly and helpful. Weather was gorgeous. Plenty of availability of deck chairs and towels. Three different pools, which made it easy to get away from loud music if I wanted. Waits for tables at restaurants were never more than 2-3 minutes. WiFi was fast and had very good coverage. Room was quiet, and bed was comfortable. Cons: Food was relatively bland and repetitive. Almost all non-alcoholic drink options used artificial sweetener, which made them taste pretty awful. Entertainment options were a bit meh and repetitive (daily bingo was not very interesting). Many things (elevator, faucet, hot water, urinal) broken. Pool had a lot of dead bugs in it. A lot of errors and missing orders when ordering à la carte meals, and a couple of pushy waiters who kept trying to clear plates while I was clearly still eating. Overall a serviceable stay, but not at the level of most other all-inclusives that I’ve stayed at, and quite pricey given what was offered.
