Four supermarkets are within two miles (Whole Foods is about ½ mile downhill). The Sedona Shuttle reaches popular trailheads, and the Verde Shuttle connects Sedona and Cottonwood.

Parking & EV
Off-street parking for two cars in tandem (front-to-back). The driveway cannot accommodate RVs, trailers, pickup trucks, “monster” trucks, or any vehicle over 4,500 lbs (including large SUVs) due to potential damage. Please message the owner for alternatives if you have a heavier vehicle or plan more than two cars.
