Summary: My wife and I wanted the opportunity to visit the new waterfront park, and this condo is in a perfect location. It’s also very close to the vibrant Queen Anne scene with all its restaurants and shopping. The unit checks all the basic boxes, and is quite functional. We especially appreciated the use of a parking permit which allowed us to park just a block away and ignore Seattle’s indecipherable parking regulations.
