Puamana Oceanfront property is the perfect place. Come have a relaxing visit with the birds chirping, palm trees swaying and being surrounded by 30 beautiful tropical acres of manicured green space with spread out low-rise units that are mixed with local residents and vacationers. Give yourself a non-hotel experience but still get the luxury of swimming pools, tennis & badminton courts, gym, multiple surf breaks, and beaches right out front of this safe, gated community.
Our newly renovated home has 1200 sq. ft of indoor/outdoor living space and has been tastefully decorated to incorporate a modern beach style in a gorgeous tropical setting that exudes Aloha! We put a lot of love and custom touches into our home that will make you feel good to be in and glad that you made the right choice for your vacation. It’s new, clean, and bright with an open concept layout that is spacious, unique, quiet-zen full, and beach cozy.
Our great location in Puamana is something to consider when choosing a place in this complex. Our home is set away from the lower highway and the pools for a quiet, less disruptive experience. It’s very private since there are no neighbors looking directly into our unit. The back patio expands onto a large green space lined with beautiful foliage and a view of the West Maui mountain tops. Located close to the clubhouse, you can easily access the Ocean Pool, Mountain Pool, Dolphin Pool, Pools surf break, and Beaches surf break. The tennis court is right across from the home, and the Front Street access gate is close to take a stroll into town.
If an oceanfront or ocean view unit in Puamana is just too much for your pocketbook, look no further. Our home is just steps from the ocean, has all the amenities and charm one needs, and frees up some funds to enjoy everything else that Maui dangles in front of you!
Our home offers:
- Low rise corner cottage in a duplex building with only 1 attached neighbor.
- 966 sq. ft of indoor living: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a King bed and the loft has a king bed and two single beds (blackout blinds and curtains/blinds in all bedrooms if you want to sleep in from a long day at the beach). Note: we prefer a maximum of 6 people in the unit.
- 224 sq. ft of outdoor living with night-time lighting ambiance, a large farmhouse table for outdoor dinners and hangouts, outdoor ceiling fans, light filtering blinds for additional privacy if needed, and a Tru Infrared BBQ grill (which is amazing).
- High-speed Wifi (200Mb)
- 3 TV'S : 1 large screen TV with Apple TV (Netflix, Disney, and Spectrum TV channels) in the Living room, TV in Master bedroom with Netflix, TV in the loft (Spectrum TV Cable only)
- Includes: 2 surfboards, 2 rustic beach cruisers, 2 boogie boards, 4 beach chairs, 1 beach wagon, beach toys, and a cooler all set up on the patio for easy access.
- Wall hooks all over to keep your stuff off the floor and places to dry all your wet surf stuff.
- Multiple indoor ceiling fans for natural airflow, plus A/C units in each room.
- Fully equipped kitchen for cooking including: Vitamix blender, coffee maker & french press, crockpot, toaster, rice cooker, popcorn machine.
- Filtered drinking water tap (save your money and fill your own water bottles here)
- In-suite full size washer and dryer (also additional laundromat at the clubhouse).

PUAMANA OCEANFRONT COMPLEX: Well known and revered for its old Hawaiian charm, low-rise island designed structures, and great amenities:
- Quiet, safe, and gated with on-site security.
- 30 acres of manicured tropical landscape & open large green spaces.
- 3 swimming pools.
- 3 surf breaks on-site (and dozens of breaks just a quick ride north or south).
- 2 playground structures.
- Tennis court, badminton court, bocce ball court
- Clubhouse on-site offers: a Library, outdoor gazebo, indoor quiet space to relax, and a grand piano. Great place to sit and watch the sunset, eat pupus, and have drinks.
- Oceanview gym with weights, treadmills, reformer, etc for $25/week (unfortunately the gym is closed to short term renters due to covid at this time).
- Geckos, Lizards, Chirping birds, night-time toads, and the occasional rooster... all come with the property for no fee :)
- Our sandy beach in Puamana can vary at different times of the year. Note that the beach sand size on Maui, may vary from month to month due to our heavy surf, strong currents, and high / low tides.
- 15 minute walk into Lahaina town and boat harbor
Please note: Parking is for 1 vehicle only. 2nd vehicle must park off property. You must register your vehicle with Puamana office within 24 hours of your arrival to get a parking pass. Parking /resort fee is included in your booking fee and there's no need to pay when you arrive.
