Positive: Nice location, quiet and felt very safe area and neighborhood. Nice deck to sit outside, but only a few chairs.

Negative: Was new, do had a few problems either key fob for pool. Would be nice with a few more outside chairs for the number of people staying at the house,

Summary: Lovely home, quiet in a safe neighborhood.
