Aloha and welcome to our little piece of paradise! This spacious 2,200 sq. ft. ranch-style home sleeps 6-8 and is surrounded by an acre of private beachfront property. Located in Waialua on Oahu's famous North Shore, this secluded spot is less than three miles from bustling Haleiwa Town – home to great dining, world-class surfing, beautiful beaches, and plenty of shopping.
The living room in this classic Hawaiian-style home has large picture windows showing off sweeping views of the Pacific and the entire North Shore. When you're not out exploring the nature, two roomy sofas, a flat screen TV and DVD player can provide indoor entertainment. The expanded living room area has a futon sleeper and more windows that provide additional ocean views. Sliding glass doors open onto the lanai, complete with table, chairs and a gas BBQ, where you can enjoy peaceful outdoor dining under a canopy of sea grape trees. The yard facing the beach is framed by swaying palm trees, and a short staircase leads down to a long stretch of uncrowded beach. Fragrant plumeria trees dot the yard at the entrance to the home, which offers stunning views of the Waianae Mountain Range.
The dining room, with seating for six, provides more views of the ocean as does the large kitchen complete with a stainless steel cooktop and wall oven as well as a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender and other small appliances. Also in the kitchen are the washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a den with many new and classic books to peruse. One bedroom has a king bed; another bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is plenty of closet space in the bedrooms.
The home comes complete with all amenities including linens, dishes, cookware, kitchen utensils, barbecue grill and tools. There is a 3-mile bike/walking path across the street from the home and bikes are available for rent in Haleiwa. Less than a mile away is Aweoweo Beach Park, which is a great swimming beach with picnic spots and a play structure for kids. Our rental includes everything you need for the beach: towels, chairs, umbrella... Just bring your swimsuit and plenty of sunscreen!
The house is beautiful and tranquil and we have many returning visitors year after year. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
