To ensure security, 24/7 video and audio recording cameras are installed in the front yard, doorbell, and pool deck area. These recordings will only be accessed if property damage or noise complaints occur.
✹ Any noise complaints resulting in a $500 fine from the city will be passed on to responsible guests. We kindly request that all guests respect our policy and avoid disruptive activities that disturb the neighborhood's peace.
