Welcome to our pet friendly Ocean Beach modern boho bungalow! Our newly renovated 50's duplex sits at the top of a peaceful hilltop neighborhood one mile to the water.
One bedroom / one bathroom with tons of natural light, new hardwood floors, full kitchen, sunny patio...perfect for a short beach getaway or a longer-term work and play stay. Enjoy the beach town breeze with your coffee or work.
1 mile to the beach, OB dog beach, OB shops/restaurants; 5 minutes to SeaWorld, PB; 10 minutes to SD Airport, Balboa Park, SD Zoo, Downtown, Petco Park

Sleeping arrangements & space:
Bedroom features a queen bed (sleeps 2) with pillow-top mattress, hotel quality linens, down alternative comforter, a closet with suitcase storage and drawers, plus extra conveniences like USB outlets, books, and games.
Living Room features a spacious and comfy West Elm couch (sleeps 1 - not fold out), blankets for lounging, 32" Smart TV, and plenty of natural light.
AT&T gigabit fiber internet & Wifi covers the entire place and is more than suitable for multiple Zoom calls, streaming, and gaming.
The dining area seats 4 and is also useable as a work station.
Kitchen has new quartz countertops, gas stove and oven, fridge and freezer, instant water kettle, french press coffee maker, microwave, and basic cooking supplies.
The bathroom is en-suite through the bedroom - body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and fabric steamer are all provided.
The sunny front patio overlooks the neighborhood while still protected from the street - you can even see the ocean in the distance! We provide beach towels and other beach accessories.
Before booking:
- There is no HVAC system. There are ceiling and portable fans and portable heaters in each room, and Southern California coastal weather ;)
- This is a smoke free property
- Ocean Beach is in the flight takeoff zone for San Diego airport. Flights run between 6a-11:30p. We provide a sound machine in the bedroom.
- Parking is first come first serve on the surrounding streets. You may have to walk a few blocks from parking to the property.
- There is a temporary construction project on the street - there may be some spillover noise
This is the front unit of an attached duplex on a multi-unit property. Both are private from the other unit but do share one wall.

The entire property is pet-friendly, but while on the property, your pet must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times if not inside your unit. You are responsible for controlling your animals around other guests and their pets.
