Create incredible memories in this amazing 5 bedroom beach front home that has just undergone a complete transformation. Relax with family and friends either in the warm and inviting great room or on the beautiful tiled deck while enjoying the sound of the waves and watching the sea life swim by. Located in the desired Seascape community. The large open concept floor plan offers a gorgeous kitchen with a coffee bar, high end appliances, large walk around island, perfect for entertaining. The living room offers beautiful furnishings, custom built in's, 80" smart TV with cable and of course full bay views. The game room is equipped with a pool table, beverage fridge and bar with access to the outside deck and shower and separate laundry area with full size washer and dryer. there are two bedrooms, one with a queen and smart TV, and one with two twins (daybed & trundle) and two full baths with walk in showers. As you walk up the floating stairs, you will find yourself in the hallway overlooking the entire home, wow what a view. You would access three bedrooms and one bath on this level. The master bedroom is surrounded in glass to take in the ocean view, however there are black out shades for privacy. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and shares the jack and jill bath with the master bedroom. The third bedroom offers 2 extra long full beds with a 60" smart TV and access to the 6 person hot tub. You can easily access the beach by just going down the steps. This private area of Seascape does have very strict rules regarding parking and use of property. This home sleeps 10 and we are very adamant about occupancy and day guest. No more than 5 day use guest in addition to the 10 overnight guest are allowed.
