Welcome to Paradise Cove. This home is built for good times, from the
dockside seating to the stellar sunset views from the balcony. There is lots of
space to take a seat on the deck - launch your paddleboard or kayak from the
dock, then come back for a soak in the hot tub. The floors are connected via
outside and inside stairs, perfect for days when you can't get enough sun. The
outdoor kitchen features a professional custom-built grill - barbecue
entertainment area with a 65-inch outdoor tv and plenty of outdoor furniture to
have a fabulous entertainment area. But the indoors full kitchen is no slouch,
with all stainless-steel appliances. Central air conditioning guarantees
comfort no matter how bright the sun shines. If anyone needs to complete
remote work or assignments, there is dedicated office space in two of the
three bedrooms, featuring a desk space and helpful equipment.
Guests can enjoy 75 feet of dock space and a private boat ramp- perfect for
kayaking, two kayaks, beach towels, are available for guest use. There is
enough dock space available for one 45-foot board or two smaller boats.
There are no lines or lifts available for guest use. Guests must bring their own
ties and bumpers to secure their boat(s).
Come prepared for good times at this home - there is plenty of fun to be had.
Please mind the noise ordinance in place from 10 pm until 8 am.
