NEW MICROWAVE OVER STOVE 2 new vanities in bathrooms The villa’s master bedroom bath has a new tiled walk-in with handicap rails and there is a second full bath with new vanity that services the 2nd bedroom and den. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate the most discerning of cooks. The dining area seats 6 guest plus there is a island bar that seats extra people adjacent to the dining area.. See pictures.
There is a patio balcony off the living room and a small balcony that adjoins the second bedroom.The guests have the use of the HEATED INDOOR POOL and HOT TUB located within the 5 story atrium as well as the OUTDOOR pool tennis and pickle ball courts in a lushly landscaped garden setting.
The location is ideal… only a short 10 minute walk to pristine Forest Beach and a 10 minute walk (or 4 minute bike ride) to a multiple array of dining and shopping options in the Coligney area of Forest Beach…the need for a car is certainly not a necessity when vacationing at Paradise 203.
