Upon arrival at this private Pacific Heights Estate Home you will be amazed by the sweeping city and ocean views from Diamond Head to Ewa Beach on all three levels. The main level features an open-plan with soaring ceilings, spacious main living area, dining room with seating for 10 guests, gourmet kitchen with Subzero appliances and separate eat-in area and breakfast bar, and Keiki room for kids which could also function as a private office. The main living room features a large cantilevered balcony with two-sided siding doors for unobstructed views of the city and enjoying the cool mountain breezes. Also on the main level is a spacious bedroom with queen bed and private en suite bathroom, and an additional half bath for guests.
Take the open staircase to the upper level to find two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms both featuring separate tubs, showers, double vanities and walk-in closets. One bedroom includes a king bed and the other a queen with both bedrooms affording generous sitting areas. Completing the upper level is a laundry area and reading nook off the staircase. All bedrooms on upper and main levels have air conditioning.
The lower level of this fabulous home includes a huge family room with wet bar, a fourth bedroom with full bed, full bathroom with shower and a covered lanai with grill. All spaces include large sliding glass doors for direct access to the large lap pool equipped with plenty of pool inflatables and heated jacuzzi area. The lower level is not equipped with A/C as it is able to take advantage of the mountain breezes and trade winds for natural cooling.
