This gorgeous oceanfront home, "Naut Too Shabby" is located at the northern end of Harbor Island with all the features you could want for your next beach vacation. Enjoy views out across the dunes to the ocean. A quick drive gets you to the center of the island where all the community amenities are located. Swimming pools, tennis courts, the Beach and Racquet Club and more! Create memories on your vacation in this spacious, well appointed home.
The coastal yet comfortable interior throughout the home sets a relaxing atmosphere. A large live oak tree welcomes you through the front entrance of the home. Take in gorgeous ocean views from multiple rooms in the home or from the spacious deck. The deck off the main level of the house offers lounge chairs, a swing and ample furniture for you to relax. Rinse off in the outdoor shower located just under the house from a private boardwalk to the beach. Enjoy watching the tide ebb and flow and the shorebirds fly over.
The main living area has seating for the whole family! Enjoy a book on the large sofa or settle into one of the cozy chairs for a movie on the large flatscreen TV and take a break from the sun. The open kitchen and dining area is surrounded by large windows showing off the ocean view. The kitchen features a gas range, dishwasher and walk-in pantry with a second sink, deep freezer and ample storage. The brand new dining room table and chairs seat 8. A half bath is easily accessible to the downstairs living and dining areas.
The master bedroom is perfectly situated to enjoy the sunrises over the ocean and opens up to the living area of the house. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV and private ensuite full bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub. Have easy access to the washer and dryer located in the open walk in closet. All other bedrooms are located upstairs. The second bedroom features two queen sized beds and a twin trundle bed. A TV is located in this room. Close the sliding doors to create more privacy and the trundle bed will be in its own enclosed room. The third bedroom has another twin trundle bed and the fourth bedroom has a full bed. All upstairs bedrooms share the full bath at the top of the stairs.
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.
