Our exceptional ocean view property is modern, clean, and fully equipped to ensure that your Maui vacation is one you will never forget. The location of our condo, "Vista Sea Vision", is ideal. It is right across the street and just a block from Charlie Young Beach and Kamaole Beach, where you can swim, walk on the beach or watch a spectacular sunset. PS, the turtles are friendly.
Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo had a complete renovation, with new paint, furniture, and tile (2017). The kitchen has quartz counters, tile flooring, and all new appliances including a full-size refrigerator, Kitchen Aid dishwasher, and a Bosch washer and dryer. Let our energy efficient, quiet appliances do your work for you, while you relax and enjoy your vacation. You can cook like a gourmet chef in the kitchen, since it has high quality pots and pans, small appliances, glassware and dishes that will satisfy even the most discriminating guests.
Because the condo has two stories, the living room has high vaulted ceilings that add to the condo's spacious feeling. The living room has a powerful air conditioner that cools the first floor. The 55" Samsung smart high-definition television is great to keep up with your favorite programs or the Maui news. The condo has cable and fast unlimited wifi.
The upstairs bedroom has two twin beds that can either be separated or placed together to convert to a king, depending on the needs of your family or group. This loft bedroom has an extra bonus room/closet that provides extra space to store your things. While the upstairs bedroom has a ceiling fan, it does not have an air conditioner.
The first-floor master bedroom has a queen-sized Serta Sleep Perfect mattress and Dream Science memory foam pillows to insure comfort in slumber. This room also has an air conditioner for those hot summer nights. This bedroom also has a 40" Samsung smart high-definition flat screen television.
Both bathrooms have solid stone surfaces and beautiful tiled showers, though typical for Hawaii, they have no bathtubs.
The average traveler may not immediately notice some of the other upgrades that we made to our condo. On 7/3/17, we installed a Fujitsu air conditioner in the living room that is quiet running and provides cool air flow that reaches upstairs loft bedroom. We replaced all the windows because double hung windows are superior to louvers for noise reduction, security, and privacy. Since our condo is located on the fourth (top) floor of the building closest to the beach, as well as near the end of the hallway, foot traffic is reduced outside the unit, leading to a quieter experience. The elevator makes it easy to bring in groceries and will be appreciated by everyone after a busy day sightseeing. There is one parking stall and nighttime security. Upon check in, visitors are given a parking pass from the main office.
In August 2020, we upgraded to Bali Solar Blinds in the living room and bedroom.
The Maui Vista complex has three buildings, each with its own tennis court, pickle ball court, swimming pool, and bar-b-que area with gas grills. Feel free to use any of the facilities. A deposit is required to get the key for the tennis courts and equipment should you decide to play.
The view from the lanai balcony provides peaceful ocean views, richly colored sunsets, and a view of the pool below on the ground level.
