Main level consist of a living room with a wood burning fireplace, open living area with large windows to capture the remarkable views, gourmet kitchen & top of the line appliances.
Lower level contains the three bedroom with TVs and access to balcony offering city and ocean views. The master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, sitting area, large closet and beautiful master bathroom with dual sink. Guest bedroom with queen size bed, closet and shared, guest bathroom in the hallway. Third room has a Queen bed.
Both levels of the house feature a large balcony with plenty of seating, bbq and amazing views of the ocean, casino, green pier and more.
The house comes with a complimentary 6 passenger limo-style golf cart.
