It is a pleasure to know you are interested in our Ocean front 2 bedroom/ 2 bath townhouse. We have had a tremendous amount of positive reviews, but decided to update the property to provide an even better guest experience.
Extensive remodel was completed in Dec 2024. This unit has split level AC in living room and both bedrooms. This allows for customized cooling in each area. Very important as a lot of owners will only have AC in the living area or have portable AC units. We also have replaced all of the windows with solid pane GREATLY enhancing the view over jalousie windows. These windows along with our new oversize slider let yo know that you are on the ocean! We have removed the galley kitchen walls to provide a more open feel. New bright cabinets and countertops lighten up the kitchen. We also moved the full size washer and dryer to upstairs hall closet, not bathroom as most others have done. This not only gives more space in kitchen, but allows us to offer larger bathrooms. We are the only renters who have done this. The living area has new furniture, there is new flooring throughout the entire townhome. Both bathrooms have been redone with large walk in showers. The upper bathroom has gorgeous ocean front views to enjoy as you shower.
We have finished these upgrades and are excited for our guests to enjoy them!
We invite you to enjoy coffee on your lanai in the morning, just steps from the ocean waves, while enjoying watching the dolphins and whales play .THERE ARE NO OTHER UNITS IN KONA AS CLOSE TO THE WATER AS THESE! Unwind in the evening while enjoying amazing sunsets. This town home is right on the water so you can enjoy fresh ocean breezes and be lulled to sleep to the sound of the waves.
This unit is very quiet as, unlike a condo, NO ONE IS ABOVE OR BELOW YOU. We are also far from Alii drive with gorgeous garden views from front bedroom and amazing ocean views from rear bedroom. Both bedrooms are upstairs. One full bath on lower level and one upstairs. No ensuite. This is very rare as most second bedrooms are subject to the noise and view of the road. Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community and is adjacent to a RARELY USED BLACK SAND BEACH on one side and a golf course on the other side. Truly an oasis compared to most of the condo complexes in Kona!
We have made certain that there is everything you need for your home away from home. There is high speed, private internet and 3 tv's with spectrum streaming to keep you connected and entertained. New range and dishwasher Jan 2022. New microwave, washer and dryer April 2022. New split AC April 2022, with the ability to control the temperature in each room. This is one of the few units that has new windows, no jalousie, really opening up that ocean view as well as keeping unit quiet.
You are steps away from the large newly renovated pool and tennis /pickle ball courts. Noise is not an issue! Parking is 20 ft from condo. This is one of the few town homes that does not have the parking in front so even second bedroom is quiet.
This town home is truly the place for relaxation and romance!
Please be aware that in the rare event of high surf, storm barriers could be raised at lanai and kitchen window. This would impact the view.
