◆ Although we have regular pest control, like any moist and fertile environment, you may find some ants, mosquitoes, roaches and critters like little geckos that share this beautiful world with humans. To keep out bugs, remember to close the doors right after entering. Don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables and avoid eating at the bed because ants are really smart and fast. Remember that although geckos may scare you, they are our friends and help to eat the bugs.
◆ There are two exterior cameras equipped with audio recording. One is mounted on the right-side fence facing the house, monitoring the parking area. The other is positioned on the fence facing the jacuzzi and BBQ area. There is no noise decibel monitor on the property.
