HOUSE RULES
Occupancy Restrictions: This 3 bedroom condo has a max occupancy of 8 people. If an exception is needed a written request must be submitted to the host. If you exceed the maximum limit without prior approval property manager has the right to charge you.
Smoking: Smoking and vaping is prohibited anywhere on property. This includes inside condo, on lanai, pool areas and BBQ pavilion. Violators will be warned by security or property manager. The property manager has the right to charge you for repeated violations.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Violators will be warned by security or property manager. The property manager has the right to charge you.
Lanais and Entryways: Do not hang clothes, towels or any other items on lanais or railings. No storing surf boards and equipment in entryways.
Parking: Only 2 cars per condo are allowed. One vehicle can be parked in condo stall and the other vehicle can be parked in guest parking. Both vehicles need to have a parking pass with condo number on it displayed on dashboard.
Pool: Pool rules are posted in pool area. If rules are not followed security or property manager will ask you to leave pool area. Pool hours are from 8am-9pm.
