This 1924 craftsman bungalow sits on a quiet, tree-lined block in Mar Vista, on the border of Culver City. It has also been thoughtfully updated for comfortable daily living.
A slate front porch with two swinging chairs greets you at the entry, setting the tone before you step inside. Through the front door, you enter the living room, which is smaller in scale but charming and well furnished with a couch and television. The space feels cozy and inviting rather than oversized.
To the left of the living room is a small bedroom currently set up with a crib and children`s items, making it immediately functional for families traveling with young kids. Washington Boulevard is a short walk or bike ride north, with a growing selection of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and bars. Pitfire Pizza is around the corner and a local favorite for families. The Mar Vista Farmers Market runs on Sundays and draws a loyal neighborhood crowd. Culver City`s downtown district has become one of the most vibrant dining and cultural destinations on the Westside, with options ranging from casual neighborhood spots to destination restaurants. The Helms Bakery District offers design showrooms, galleries, and additional dining. Amazon Studios and Sony Pictures are nearby for those in the entertainment and creative industries.
