This 1,200 square foot home has a family room with full kitchen and dinette. The large picture window provides stunning views of Bishop Peak Mountain. The night sky is beautiful, with little light pollution in our area, we get gorgeous sunsets and sunrises of all colors. Guests are encouraged to explore the property, we have jack rabbits, and barn owls regularly, with bald eagle, fox, and coyote spottings throughout the year. We have a chicken coop on the property, and all families are welcome to enjoy the fresh eggs. There is a seasonal creek near the house, depending on the time of year, it can be dry or fun to catch tadpoles and frogs. This property is in a micro climate and tends to be located in a windy part of SLO. The best thing about this house is that you feel like you are out in the country but are minutes to everything… downtown SLO, shopping, restaurants and Avila Beach. This is our guest house on our property, we reside in the main house that is adjacent to the two bedroom guest house. You have your own private home:)
