Summary: The property grounds are beautiful but we leave frustrated every time we stay here. The games they play at check-in trying to get you to upgrade always kickstart our frustration. It took three trips to the front desk to check in without upgrading, only to get a room with more surface area missing on the bathtub than actually still there. We opted not to shower. The thermostat and fan didnt work either so we ended up turning it off entirely. It just looks like a property that should be in better condition in the rooms. And management policies have pushed us over the edge. We'll try someplace different next time.
