The complex is quiet and secured, yet centrally located in Waikiki, near the beach, International Market Place, Ala Wai Canal, and parks!

The building is located 20th floors above Ala Wai Blvd. (a pretty busy street) so there can be noise from cars and other urban-city type of noises.
There is no parking on site but it is 1 block away from the bus stop. Street parking along Ala Wai Blvd is also an option.
There are no laundry facilities located in the unit or building, but a laundromat is located just a block down the street.
