Nestled in the foothills of the Smoky Mts, in the heart of Wears Valley, this rustic/modern farmhouse is spacious with large open concept living area that allows family to spend time together while in their own space. This home was built for our furry babies. Attached to the porch is a small pen and at the front of the property there is a large dog run for playing ball or rolling in the grass. Only 5 miles from GSMNP and 8 miles from Pigeon Forge and all the attractions.
The space
Our rustic modern farmhouse has all the comforts needed to relax and unwind. Newly renovated with all brand new furnishings and the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for some good home cooking!
The open concept living area allows for family/friends to be together while in their own space. The living room has board games and video game console for hours of fun. Or curl up on the daybed to read a good book.
The dining area is large enough to 10 adults to enjoy dinner while looking out over the valley and mountains. Open the sliding door to have an indoor/outdoor dining experience. The breakfast bar offers additional seating and fixings for morning coffee/tea or hot chocolate.
Want to stay connected while you unwind? The home has a small desk to set up a work station and great WiFi for surfing the web, working or school work or streaming movies.
The master bedroom has a raised king bed with private bath. The second bedroom features a queen low profile bed with a electric fireplace for ambiance. The Bunk room has 2 bunk beds, each has a full and twin bed so can sleep up to 6. In addition, the living room has a day bed with a pull out trundle bed for additional sleeping. All bedrooms have Smart TVs for enjoying your favorite streaming apps.
Off of the front of the home there is a large deck with rocking chairs and outside dinning area. The front porch leads to a small dog pen so even the furry babies can have their own space. Does your dog like to run? At the front of the property there is a large fenced in dog run that is shared with the guests staying at our adjacent property.
The property has a mild slope and lots of areas to run and play. Flanked by two creeks, the home offers a one of a kind experience.
