In additional to a bedroom with a king-size bed, there is queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room. We also have a very comfortable roll full away bed. Laundry washer/dryer is in a separate room opposite the patio. Includes beach and picnic gear and the kitchen has everything you need to make great meals. The back patio has an outside table with chairs and a BBQ. All the comforts of home in a great location ensures that you will enjoy your stay! We have the Hyatt hotel and Fess Parker Resort down the street with full bar and restaurant and spa facilities including massage and facials.The bird refuge is minutes away. The wharf has a sea center, fine dining and great strolling and views of the ocean. Sunday local art beach exhibit stretches along the boardwalk. The funk zone is a 10 minute walk and features Figueroa Mountain Brewery and wine bars. You will find some incredible food, art and service in this district. Here at Mariposa, One bedroom Flat, you will find the perfect zone to catch an airbus to LAX or check out the zoo, or just enjoy one of the best beaches in the city.
