A living area on the 1st floor includes 2 couches with Fireplace and HD tv with accompanying wet bar to mix refreshments and direct access to the backyard and 2nd and 3rd bedroom.

The 3rd bedroom has one full size bunk bed and one queen , wet bar, and hard floors so spills won't be an issue.
