Summary: Took us at least 30 minutes to check in. They couldn’t find our reservation. When they did, it still took them awhile to get it finalized. We were tired after a 14 hour drive. The bathrooms in the lobby were disgusting with clogged toilets. Then when we got to our room we had NO TOWELS. Not even a hand towel. Went back to the front desk and they wanted to give us pool towels. Then only gave me 4 bath towels. The restaurant is overpriced and the service is mediocre I had to ask the server to come to the table twice - she was sitting on her phone. The food was okay. The hotel is right on the beach and the rooms are good. Just needs some lessons in customer service and amenities.
