Centrally located in the Heart of South County, the cottage has a rare blend of convenience and solitude. The property is surrounded by a tree plantation and farms, buffering the outside world, and offering peaceful nights and quiet mornings on the deck and patio. On a calm night you can hear the yip of a coyote or the low of a cow, and it is easy to forget that you are so close to so many amenities.
