Tenants will pay $100.00 HOA Application fee to the Ole' community for use of the amenities. A refundable $1000.00 deposit is required at the time of reservation. The reservation deposit will transfer to the security deposit during the rental period and will be refundable at the end of the executed agreement period, if there are no damages. Cleaning fee is $150. this will be professionally handled by the property owner.
