This lushly landscaped tropical resort offers plenty of recreational activities. Enjoy an early morning game of tennis or a brisk walk along the beach, then relax in one of three swimming pools or hot tubs. After a day exploring, buy some fresh seafood and tropical fruit from neighboring Poipu before heading back to the resort for a cook-out — Hawaiian style.

Enjoy excellent snorkeling, surfing or whale watching at one of Kauai's best beaches while staying at the Lawai Beach Resort. It's just steps from clear blue lagoon waters. Take a day to visit Old Kolua — where shops and stores now occupy the original sugar cane plantation buildings — then explore the Kolua Heritage Trail. Nearby Poipu Beach is famous for the endangered Hawaiian monk seals that sunbathe on the shore and keep a look out for honu — large green sea turtles — in the water. The spectacular Spouting Horn blowhole is one of the most photographed spots on Kauai and further afield you'll find the dramatic interior of Waimea Canyon. Travel to the island's most northern point for the Kilauea Point Lighthouse and Wildlife Refuge then head east along the majestic Na Pali Coast complete with panoramic views, velvet green cliffs and cascading waterfalls plummeting into deep narrow valleys.

All Hawaii Rentals are subject to an additional occupancy tax that vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $12-25/night depending on the size of your unit and is payed directly to the resort.

Lawai Beach Resort charges a $75.00 weekly resort fee (this includes in-room internet, movie rentals, local phone charges, in-room safe, mini golf, tennis, and energy surcharge fee), plus a $5.00 Admin Fee and State of Hawaii daily TOT Tax ($12-$23 per day). A $150 deposit is taken upon check-in to cover these charges plus any incidentals. Debit cards are $500 deposit. Maximum 4 people in room and on property.
