The space
The house is located within a secure gated community.
On the first floor there is plenty of space to have some leisure activities. There is a pool table, fire place, TV and large sofa. Modernly equipped kitchen with all appliances: two refrigerators, stove-top, oven, microwave, coffee-maker, electric kettle, popcorn machine and central island gives lots of space to cook and a dinning room to gather with friends and family.
There are four bedrooms:
- master-bedroom with two queen beds (plus large bathroom and walking closet);
-two fully furnished bedrooms with one queen-size bed in each of it;
-bedroom with two standard-size bunk-beds.
On the second floor there's a coach to sleep over and space for different types of entertainment: poker table, bar area, TV with Samsung Sound System. Fitness zone, hammock and hot tab on a terrasse with a spectacular ocean view.
Ground floor has a game room with a basketball ring.
Outside there is a patio with dinning table and barbeque-zone.
Four garages and four more parking spots outside will allow to each guest park their vehicles securely.
