The winter whale watching from the home is outstanding as are the sunsets. The views are spectacular from throughout the home and privacy is bolstered by its location, which backs up to the Kapalua Bay golf course with the verdant Mauna Kahalawai in the backdrop as well. The Ridge Villas are positioned in the heart of Kapalua directly across the street and in walking distance from the soft white sand of Oneloa Bay. This complex is very quiet, and peaceful and has a strong sense of residential living yet is permitted for legal short-term rentals.
Kapalua is known for its stunning natural beauty, it’s comfortable weather with a bit of rainfall and consistent tradewinds, and a strong sense of seclusion and tranquility. It is the only low density resort area on Maui and is known for its exclusivity and serenity. Kapalua has some of the very best walking weather on all of Maui and has some great hikes/walks including: the Kapalua Coastal Trail, Mahana Ridge Trail, and the old Village Course walking trail. The residence is fully equipped to suit all of your needs as a home away from home, including a pull out queen sofa bed. This second story residence (stairs) is a two story floor plan has the living, dining, and ensuite bedroom (queen bed) and bathroom (dual sinks, walk in shower) with its own balcony and excellent ocean view all located on the ground floor in addition to the large covered lanai. Upstairs lives a large master bedroom (king) and blue pullout sleeper chair (twin) in the form of a private loft area that is only open in a very small section above the staircase leading upstairs. This master suite also has an ensuite bathroom (dual raised sinks, pebbled shower, soaking tub), and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom does have it's own AC as well.
The Ridge Villas personifies understated elegance in a stunning tropical setting amidst beautiful flowering trees, shrubs, and flowers alike.
