Positive: You had to check in at one location a couple miles away. then you drive to your locations, pick up a parking pass at another desk. One until had a keyless entry, one had a lock box

Negative: AC was a sepate charge that was not clear until check in, and no screens on windows so you had to purchase the AC, one units was non operational on arrival, so we had to wait for repair person. Other took many hours to kick in and cool off unit

Summary: Beautiful Ocean Views, Beware of AC Charge, and having wait to cool down
