Positive: The location was great. Goodale Park is a short walk. The owner was very proactive and responsive to questions. The place was well furnished and comfortable. The attention to detail was great. Very comfortable beds.

Negative: The apartment is two bedrooms with big comfortable beds. Enough for four people, but there is one small couch (love seat) in the living room for maybe two people and it's not very comfortable.
