Positive: Everything was brand new and very clean. Keep it maintained this way and this place will be a hit

Negative: Cabanas are $100 per day? Really? This isn’t Las Vegas nor should it be. Why would you even charge guests this much? It should be free or $25 a day. Most folks are going to go to the beach anyways. Nobody is going to spend a whole day at a hotel pool (even though it is nice) when you’re in Hawaii. Seems like a misstep here.
