When constructing Seas The Day, we took special care to ensure that bedrooms do not share walls or back up to each other for added privacy. All are separated by living rooms or hallways. These features are unique to Seas The Day. The 4 separate living areas, each with their own seating group and TV add another level of privacy when one might want to slip away from the group for a brief time.
The main kitchen, dining and living areas flaunt space and a modern, open feel. Plenty of seating comfortably accommodates the entire household. The island/bar area seats 6, the main dining table seats 10, and the living area seats 12-14. Additionally, on the same, main floor, there is a gulf front screened in dining area with 2 ceiling fans & a large teak wood dining table seating 8. There are other table seating options throughout the house with a total dining table seating capacity of 37.
All of our 3 large balconies flex from 10 feet deep at minimum & 21 feet deep at max. All are 42 feet in length. This allows for an abundance of seating groups and breezy gulf front dining yet plenty of room to move freely around the decks without having to squeeze by or move furniture just to walk around and get from one end to the other.
SEAS THE DAY is the perfect setting for your annual family gathering, friends trip, or couples trip. The gulf front views and sunsets from Seas The Day balconies are breathtaking!!!

*2 - Bunk room bedrooms - each w/2 sets of bunk beds. One has 2 full and 2 twins, and a private double vanity sink full bathroom. The other has 4 twins and a private double sink vanity bathroom.
*Full kitchen which is well stocked, pantry, & stacked - standard sized washer/dryer.
*Gulf front family living room w/dining for 5 & opening up to spacious balcony.
*Large, spacious, gulf front deck with dining table - seats 8 & several seating groups.
3RD FLOOR:
*Gulf front king master bedroom - spacious, private w/ king bed, large walk-in closet, private full bath with 10.5' double, oversized sinks vanities, beautifully tiled walk-in shower & contemporary style soaking tub. Opens out to private gulf front, deep set, covered balcony w/oversized cushy chairs seating group & star gazing deck w/comfy loungers to get a wide open view of the stars at night.
