Summary: The house is a very old home divided into two rentals. The part we stayed in had all three bedrooms on the second floor (13 steps). Bathroom is small with a pedestal sink, right off the kitchen, which faces the street, and the windows have no blinds or shades. One thing not noticed when making the reservation—house does not have central air. Fortunately, there were portable air conditioners in the living room and two of the bedrooms (third bedroom was quite warm without AC). Bathtub drain was clogged, but owner was VERY responsive to our messages and hopefully took care of it after we left. Off street parking was a plus.
