Residence #93-3 is one of the newest properties at Ho’olei in the independent rental marketplace. It presents a tremendous value for those looking for a Grand residence comfortably sleeping 8 people in this 2,700 sq.ft Villa with an additional living area of roughly 700 sq.ft. by means of two different covered deck areas as well as an attached one-car garage. An additional parking space is steps way under a covered carport. The upstairs lanai is a perfect al-fresco dining and relaxing area with an outdoor Wolf BBQ and comfortable lounge seating.
Residence #93-3 is a resort/ partial ocean view residence that is located above the incredible resort style pool/spa/gym area for the exclusive use of Hoolei Guests. It’s a very short and comfortable walk to this area as well as the incredible stroll through the gardens, ponds, and pools at the Grand Wailea to Wailea beach across the street while other units are located up a steep hill and are much more difficult to traverse.
Guests love Hoolei for its refined finishes, spacious living areas, in-residence elevators between the floors, and seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor living area through massive Fleetwood doors that disappear into the walls. The open-concept living is perfect for relaxing and entertaining while enjoying the central air conditioning in every room, Sonos surround sound systems and flat-screen Smart TVs. The master bedroom with its large ensuite bathroom (soaking tub, dual vanities, walk in shower) and walk-in closet lives on the ground floor with direct access out to the downstairs garden lanai. The secondary bedroom on the ground floor is also a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs is the third bedroom, which is set up with 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. Directly off the living room is the powder room next to the elevator.
