Please be advised that an ongoing waterproofing project at heliconia i (building 1500) is entering a side window replacement phase scheduled from monday, december 1, 2025, through the end of the year. work will take place monday–friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (excluding federal holidays). during this time, guests may experience construction noise in the area, including sounds from equipment, scaffolding, hammering, drilling, and sawing. , guests with mobility issues are welcome to use our shuttle service for easier transportation between resort amenities, please note that the property has no elevator access, housekeeping is available for rentals after four nights, resort fee will be collected at the time of booking. the resort fee includes: pool access, internet, the restaurant will be closed due to renovations, a usd 50 check in fee plus tax will be due upon arrival and will be collected at the property, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
