Summary: Staff was condescending. We have stayed at this property approx 5-6 times with various lengths of stay from 1 night to more than 7 consecutive nights. More than once we have gotten comments with a bit of attitude from the staff about the fact we booked through a "3rd party" booking engine which always seemed to hint we were 2nd class citizens for not booking directly through their chain's website. But the rooms were pretty and it is a good location so we kept coming back. But during this trip the front desk staff snarky attitude was the last straw. Add to the attitude issue the fact that we think the breakfast is really never so great, the fact they only clean the room every other day, and the fact they recently decided to charge for self parking has pushed us over the edge and we have decided we will never stay there again.
