For your safety and peace of mind, our property is equipped with exterior security cameras. These cameras are located in the driveway, at the entry door, and on the back lanai. They are in place to monitor the property's exterior and ensure a secure environment for our guests. Please note that there are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor spaces, ensuring your privacy and comfort during your stay
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction
Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00
