Summary: Upon arrival we were pleased with the curb appeal. Nice front yard garden and cute house. The check-in was easy, and the communication was quick and spot on. I have stayed at several Sunny Days properties and this one was my least favorite. The kitchen was fine with everything one would need. The Wi-Fi was great for all 6 of us using it. The neighborhood was ok. The walk to Main Street downtown is about 25 minutes if you choose the dusty path near the mountain at the end of the street. Not bad at all and we saw that others used the path too.This property could use some TLC.I was disappointed in the windows being broken (crack in the glass that is taped) and windows not fully shutting or locking. The bathroom was in good shape except for the bathroom doorhandle. It kept falling off.The backyard is nice, and a few fixups would make it awesome! Like some string lights in the sitting area and a bbq/grill would make it more usable. Perhaps 4 chairs (instead of 2) at the dining table out back.The backyard garden had some pretty plants. It did look a bit tired though and needed a good spruce up. Overall, we had a wonderful time in Ventura!
