Grande Beach Vista is a gorgeous beach home on Blue Mountain Beach in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. This home has all the upgrades from beautiful decor, granite counters and stainless appliances with beautiful tile flooring throughout. Featuring 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, cable tv and wireless internet, golf cart, kayak, beach chairs, ice maker, semi private community pool, 2 roof top terraces and balconies off 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms, large deck on the main floor with Weber 6-burner gas grill. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. It is the 6th house from private beach walkover - 3rd house from semi private pool. Gated pool is only available for homes on our street, North Grande Beach Drive.
When entering the main level of this home you are welcomed with the open living floor plan including the kitchen, dining and main living areas. There is also a shower on the first floor perfect for rinsing off after after a long day at the beach (and outside shower). There is a 2nd refrigerator in the garage, separate ice maker in the kitchen, 2 dishwashers and 2 coffee makers will come in handy for those large groups. (2nd coffee maker has thermal stainless carafe and can also brew Keurig K cup packs)
On the 2nd floor you will find a second living area with a flat screen TV and a bunk room that has custom built-in beds that kids will love (2 full size beds and 3 twin beds). There are also 2 additional queen bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
The 3rd floor has 3 additional bedrooms including the king in master and 2 queen bedrooms.
